Everyone that has dieted whether it be for a physique competition or simply to shed a few lbs. knows how hard it can be to get rid of cravings for decadent treats! There is no need to eliminate ALL good tasting foods from your diet; instead, find ways to create a healthier version of whatever it is that you're craving! :)
Here is a great little treat for when you're craving chocolate and peanut butter. Not good calorie wise (if you eat it all in one sitting), but great for a bite here and there to kill a craving.
-3 tbsp all natural peanut butter
-1/2 scoop protein powder (choc or vanilla)
-3 tbsp cocoa
-little bit of sweetner, few drops of water to make consistency
Mix all together till a good paste is made, roll up into
little balls, place on non-stick pan or dish, place in freezer,
eat when needed!
