The Current Services Offered are Online Personal Training, Personalized Meal Plans/Nutrition Assessments and a Combination of Both.
The following are the current five options that I offer in terms of Nutrition and Training:
- Option 1- 2-Month Training/Nutrition Program: Includes 3 Personalized Cardiovascular/Weight-training Programs and 3 Meal Plans. They will be altered every 3 weeks.
- Option 2- 2-Month Nutrition Program: Includes 3 Personalized Meal Plans that will be altered every 3 weeks.
- Option 3- 2-Month Training Program: Includes 3 Personalized Cardiovascular/Weight-training Programs that will be altered every 3 weeks.
- Option 4- Basic Meal Plan: Includes 1 Personalized Meal Plan.
- Option 5- Basic Training Program: Includes 1 Personalized Cardiovascular/Weight-Training Program
All of the above programs include unlimited e-mail communication and if necessary a telephone conversation can be arranged.
