There is SOOOO much controversy when it comes to fats, which ones are good and which ones are bad...in the past, due to negative publicity from mass-producing Soy/Corn companies/industries, Coconut Oil had been given a bad rep and had been flagged as a food that is "too high" in saturated fats therefore it was deemed "bad for people" ...this makes me really sad :( Coconut Oil is a NATURAL healing product amongst many other things... This is an article i will publish or perhaps even write a 5-paragraph essay on one of these days LOL....but today i will keep things short and sweet.
